Thanks Judith. The pier at Blackfriars allows easy access to and from the boat and keeps passengers safe. The vessel is moored in a deep v berth that prevents movement and is roped up securely. SCOPE have previously reviewed RIB use for disabled persons on our vessels and gave an award for achieving their needs.

Thanks to all the staff who enabled my disabled son to join a family group on the rib. They were so helpful and supportive. His comment on leaving was that was incredible! The rest of the group agreed.(Saturday 11th April 2008)
